RULES FOR THAMIZH OSAI ADMINS

1.      Admins should respect all pals equally.
2.      3 minutes’ rules(Speaking) should be applied for all from India Time (IST) 8pm-11:59 pm
3.      Video(Cam) is not allowed except for live singers!
4.      Admins need not interrogate new comers or ids unknown to them.
5.      Apart from being fun, all admins need to maintain the room's decorum.
6.      Texts with double meaning must be avoided.
7.      We have rules i.e.  No Abuse/Flirt /Chase on Pals. It applies to admins too. No discriminating comments against singers or pals in general
8.      If you don’t like someone, it is personal issue. It should not cloud your judgement as an admin on duty.
9.      Admin’s role is not only to dot, bounce and ban. It is also the responsibility of Admin to maintain the peace and harmony. Never imply or comment that you are there to dot/ban/bounce pal.
10.  If a pal is not responding appropriately, then the admin may take the necessary action. If, however, the pal is unresponsive, then leave them alone. Do not harass.
11.  If any female or male is complaining/defending themselves in main, just clarify what admin can do to assist on main.
12.  Please do not invite other pals to Thamizh Osai while being an admin.
13.  Do not discuss, highlight or drag the issue if anyone is bounced or dotted unless someone asks.
14.  All issues that need to be clarified between admins on issues related to the room or the pal within should be done in private and not publicly on main.
15.  The room name being Thamizh Osai, For every 3 non Thamizh song, at least one Thamizh song has to be played or sung!
16.  The communication to the room from admin should primarily be Thamizh, though English is allowed.  Admins should not communicate to pals in any other language
17.  If you are in room without admin cap, you must follow the rules of Pal unless you wear a cap!
18.  It is advisable to add all admins in your pal list for easy communication!
